TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - InJourney Airports is enhancing its facilities to strengthen the integrated international passenger arrival services of All Indonesia, an application that combines immigration, customs, and quarantine procedures. This new system is currently being implemented at several of Indonesia’s international airports.
Mohammad Reza Pahlevi, President Director of PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia (InJourney Airports), stated that to bolster the infrastructure, InJourney Airports is adding new hardware and software, including four to six new PCs at Soekarno-Hatta Airport.
"These six PCs are to strengthen the All Indonesia services at Soekarno-Hatta Airport," Reza said after a tree-planting event at Taman Seulawah, Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport on Tuesday, September 9, 2025.
He acknowledged that the additional equipment is intended to address issues that arose during the trial period of the All Indonesia application, such as passenger congestion at immigration checkpoints.
"We continue to evaluate in order to ensure smooth service," Reza affirmed.
According to him, the implementation of the All Indonesia application for all arriving passengers still faces technical challenges, which he considers a normal part of a new system's trial phase.
Another challenge is the lack of public awareness, so they continue to promote education to help people understand the benefits of this integrated service.
Beginning Monday, September 1, 2025, the Indonesian government has made the All Indonesia system mandatory for all international passengers arriving by air, sea, and land borders.
All Indonesia will be the sole application that integrates immigration, customs, and quarantine services. "This application is seamless and facilitates passengers, and even becomes the first in the world," said Reza.
Applicable to all airlines
As an initial phase, Reza said the application has been implemented for Garuda Indonesia flights and will be applied to all airlines operating at InJourney Airports.
To use the system, passengers can visit the website, https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id/, or download the All Indonesia application from the Google Play Store (Android) and the App Store (iOS). The app is designed to simplify the arrival declaration process.
The arrival card can be easily completed through the All Indonesia application up to three days before departure to Indonesia. InJourney Airports, therefore, urges passengers to fill out the arrival card before boarding their flight.
According to Reza, the implementation of the All Indonesia application will be a great help to all international passengers at airports managed by InJourney Airports. “As the airport manager, we fully support the implementation of this application in line with the policies of the Indonesian government.”
Initial Implementation at Three Airports
The trial implementation of the All Indonesia application has commenced at three major InJourney Airports: Soekarno-Hatta, I Gusti Ngurah Rai, and Juanda. These airports were chosen for the trial because they have the highest volume of flight traffic and international passenger movements in Indonesia.
"The initial implementation of the All Indonesia application at these three airports is certainly an effective policy target, preceding its enforcement in all international airports in Indonesia," Reza concluded.
