TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Indonesia Composite Index (IHSG) during the week of July 7-11, 2025, rose by 2.65 percent. On Friday's trading, July 11, 2025, it closed at 7,047.4 from 6,865.1 the previous week.
"Stock trading data in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) closed in the positive zone for the week," said the Corporate Secretary of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Kautsar Primadi Nurahmad, in a written statement on Friday, July 11, 2025.
IDX recorded the highest increase in the average daily transaction frequency, which rose by 9.77 percent to 1.14 million transactions from 1.04 million transactions the previous week. Furthermore, there was also an increase in the average daily transaction value in the IDX, which rose by 6.65 percent to Rp11.08 trillion from Rp10.39 trillion the previous week.
There was also an increase in the average daily transaction volume this week by 3.34 percent to 20.09 billion shares from 19.44 billion shares the previous week. IDX market capitalization also rose by 2.77 percent to Rp12.404 trillion from Rp12.070 trillion the previous week.
Foreign investors recorded a net buy value of Rp460.11 billion for the week. Meanwhile, throughout 2025, foreign investors recorded a net selling value of Rp57.865 trillion.
