Weekly Stock Market: JCI Strengthens, Foreign Capital Outflow Reaches Rp2 Trillion

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) recorded a 3.49 percent increase on the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) this week. The JCI closed at 8,212.27 on Friday, February 13, 2026. This position is higher than last week's level of 7,935.26.

"Stock trading data on the IDX for the period February 9-13, 2026, closed mostly positive," said IDX Corporate Secretary Kautsar Primadi Nurahmad in a press release, quoted on Sunday, February 15, 2026. He said the highest increase occurred in daily transaction volume, which rose 4.73 percent to 45.24 billion shares from 43.20 billion shares the previous week.

Furthermore, the IDX's market capitalization increased 3.83 percent to Rp14,889 trillion from Rp14,341 trillion the previous week. The average daily transaction frequency also increased by 0.37 percent to 2.74 million transactions, from 2.73 million transactions last week.

However, the average daily transaction value on the IDX decreased by 6.27 percent to Rp23.20 trillion. The previous week's daily transaction value reached Rp24.75 trillion. Foreign investors recorded net selling of Rp2.03 trillion on Friday, February 13, 2026. Throughout 2026, net selling by investors reached Rp16.49 trillion.

According to IDX data for trading on Friday, February 13, 2026, ZATA was the most actively traded stock with a frequency of 219,900 transactions. This was followed by BUMI with 186,756 transactions; BELL with 86,319 transactions; BBCA with 81,301 transactions; and DEWA with 70,954 transactions.

Meanwhile, in terms of transaction value, BUMI recorded the highest value on Friday, February 13, 2026, at Rp3.17 trillion. This was followed by BBCA at Rp2.57 trillion; DEWA at Rp817.7 billion; BMRI at Rp793.2 billion; and PTRO at Rp657.2 billion.
