TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Fans of the wizarding world can once again indulge in the nostalgia of watching the first installment of the Harry Potter franchise, following the adventures of Harry, Hermione Granger, and Ronald Weasley. Rowling's magical creations can enjoy the film's iconic score performed live while relishing the cinematic experience of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone In Concert in Jakarta on Saturday, January 31, 2026.
As reported in a press release received by Tempo on January 29, 2026, this special performance will take place at the JIEXPO Theatre, Kemayoran, as part of the official Harry Potter Film Concert Series tour. The event is brought to the country by Singapore Street Festival in collaboration with 54 Entertainment, offering a unique way to experience the debut Harry Potter film.
Audiences will not simply watch the film; they will be immersed in a heightened sensory experience with a live symphony orchestra accompaniment. The legendary music by John Williams will be played live and precisely synchronized with every scene on screen, creating a more emotional and profound atmosphere.
In this officially licensed concert, the adventures of Harry Potter, along with Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, will be displayed on a giant high-definition screen. The live musical performance serves as the main highlight of the show, bringing to life an atmosphere far more vivid than conventional cinema screenings.
To accommodate the high demand from fans, the organizers have arranged two show sessions in a single day: a matinee at 14:00 Jakarta time (WIB) and an evening show at 19:30 WIB.
