TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - PT Indokripto Koin Semesta Tbk (COIN) recorded a revenue of Rp204.6 billion throughout January-September 2025, marking a 19-fold growth compared to the same period last year. COIN's EBITDA reached Rp100.7 billion with a net profit of Rp41.1 billion.
President Director of PT Indokripto Koin Semesta Tbk, Ade Wahyu, revealed that this outstanding performance was supported by the positive condition of the crypto asset market throughout this year, especially in the period of July to September 2025.
Ade stated that this trend had a positive impact on the performance of its two subsidiaries, PT Central Finansial X (CFX) and PT Kustodian Koin Indonesia (ICC). "The Company's solid performance is supported by the increased crypto asset transaction volumes in both the spot and derivative crypto markets on the CFX Exchange in the third quarter of 2025," he said in a written statement quoted on Tuesday, September 4, 2025.
Ade mentioned that the proportion of derivative crypto trades compared to the overall crypto asset transactions reached 28 percent, compared to the previous quarter's 17 percent.
The value of derivative crypto transactions on the CFX Exchange surged by 118 percent from Rp24.17 trillion in the second quarter of 2025 to Rp52.71 trillion in the third quarter of 2025. Cumulatively, the total derivative transactions reached Rp86.25 trillion for the period of January to September 2025. "This condition demonstrates the increased interest and confidence of consumers in the products owned by COIN's subsidiaries," he said.
As of September 2025, COIN's short-term liabilities amounted to Rp45.9 billion, compared to Rp231.9 billion in the same period last year. In the first nine months of this year, COIN gained a positive net cash flow from operating activities amounting to Rp99.6 billion.
Ade stated that COIN continues to strengthen its business portfolio while capturing new opportunities to create long-term value for all stakeholders.
"The Company is also committed to always supporting the operational activities of its two subsidiaries, namely the CFX Exchange and the ICC Custodian Institution, to maintain transparency, innovation, and to adhere to good corporate governance principles," said Ade.
