TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - PT GOTO Gojek Tokopedia has launched a Career Marketplace platform for Gojek partners and their families designed to assist drivers and their family members who hold a Diploma 3 (D3) and Bachelor's (S1) degree to develop their professional careers. This platform provides access to a special job market that connects partners and their family members with career opportunities at employers.
GoTo's Deputy CEO Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo said the launch of the Gojek Partner Job Marketplace platform is part of the company's commitment to improving the welfare of its partners. "We believe that our partners and their family members have the opportunity to continue improving their quality of life," she said in a written statement on Wednesday, December 17, 2025.
In this program, Catherine explained that GoTo facilitates and collaborates with various corporations, partner companies, and affiliated companies to access this platform to recruit employees.
Through this platform, GoTo helps and facilitates driver partners and their family members to register in a special candidate database for Gojek partners. This program is open to all two-wheeled and four-wheeled Gojek partners. The Gojek Partner Job Marketplace platform also provides support for mentoring, CV creation, and other career development programs.
Catherine said that the company launched this program after seeing the need for partners seeking additional income opportunities. "In addition, many of our partners have successfully sent their children to higher education, which has become an inspiration for their families, so this program can support their access to the job market," she said.
Furthermore, Catherine stated that GoTo aims to be part of the partners' life journey. She hopes that GoTo can bridge partners and their family members to the formal job market.
As a first step, Catherine said GoTo will start the registration process and collect data of partners and their family members in January 2026. Through collaboration with various companies, GoTo hopes that the Gojek Partner Job Marketplace platform can be a bridge to a wider job opportunity for partners and their families.
In the next stage, GoTo will evaluate the potential development of this program to reach more beneficiaries, including partners and family members with a Diploma 1 (D1) or Diploma 2 (D2) degree. "In this program, GoTo collaborates with Jobseeker Company, a recruitment platform and HR professional development," said Catherine.
