Directed by Pierre Perifel, this animated sequel follows the notorious “Bad Guys” as they try to reinvent themselves as heroes. Their new life is thrown into chaos when a cunning all-female villain ropes them into one final mission.
2. Freakier Friday (August 6)
More than two decades after their original body-swap ordeal, Tess (Jamie Lee Curtis) and Anna (Lindsay Lohan) find themselves navigating another strange twist of fate. Now, with Anna raising a daughter and a soon-to-be stepdaughter, their blended family faces a second lightning strike.... literally.
3. My Daughter is a Zombie (August 8)
Based on a webtoon, this South Korean drama follows Lee Jeung Hwan (Cho Jung Seok), a single father whose daughter Soo A (Choi Yoo Ri) becomes a zombie after a sudden outbreak. Retreating to his hometown, he and his mother Kim Bam Soon (Lee Jung Eun) work to protect (and rehabilitate) the girl he loves.
4. 6DAYS (August 14)
This hybrid of documentary and fiction follows Korean band DAY6 as they mark their 10th anniversary with a spontaneous road trip across the U.S. With no set plan, just music and momentum, they capture six days of chaos, connection, and creative freedom.
5. Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Infinite Castle (August 15)
The latest installment in Demon Slayer’s final trilogy sees Tanjiro, Nezuko, and the Hashira drawn into the Infinity Castle by Muzan. There, they face off against the Upper Moon demons in a climactic battle.
6. Pretty Crazy (August 20)
This romantic comedy centers on Gil Gu (Ahn Bo Hyun), an unemployed man hired to watch over his cursed neighbor, Sun Ji (Im Yoon A). Each night she transforms into an uncontrollable demon. As he unravels the mystery behind her condition, Gil Gu’s quiet life turns upside down.
7. Together (August 20)
Blending relationship drama with supernatural horror, Together stars Dave Franco and Alison Brie as Tim and Millie, a couple who move to the countryside only to encounter a sinister force. As strange events unfold, the threat begins to tear apart their love and their bodies.
