TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa stated that the holiday allowance (THR) for civil servants (ASN) will be disbursed in the first week of Ramadan. He assured that the budget will be disbursed soon.
"In the first week of fasting (Ramadan)," said Purbaya to the media at the House of Representatives Complex on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. However, he did not specify when the ASN's THR would be disbursed.
Meanwhile, the holiday allowance for civil servants, Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) soldiers, and police officers amounts to Rp55 trillion. This budget is higher than last year's, which was Rp49.4 trillion. The disbursement will be carried out through a government regulation (PP) signed by President Prabowo Subianto.
In the last Ramadan period, the head of state regulated the disbursement of holiday allowances and the 13th salary through Government Regulation Number 11 of 2025 for 9.4 million state officials. Quoting the Ministry of Finance's website, based on the regulation, THR and the 13th salary given to state officials consist of basic salary, attached allowances, and a 100 percent performance allowance.
As for regional civil servants, both the THR and the 13th salary are distributed according to the same scheme as that of central civil servants, but are adjusted according to each region's fiscal capabilities. As for retirees, they were given a monthly pension last year.
