The K-Pop group Super Junior is set to return in July with their 12th full album. As reported by Soompi on June 5, 2025, Super Junior announced the detailed summer date through a photo against a dark blue backdrop. The announcement revealed that the album is named Super Junior25 and is scheduled for release on July 8 at 18:00 KST. The photo was shared on their Instagram @superjunior.

Quoted from K-Pop Album, the release of this album by the group under SM Entertainment is a celebration of Super Junior's 20 years in the K-Pop industry. The naming of the album is based on the first debut album of this music group, Super Junior05. The idea for the album's name came from all the members to demonstrate their development since their debut in 2005.
The celebration of their 20-year career includes nine members, namely Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung, Shindong, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Siwon, Ryeowook, and Kyuhyun. Sungmin did not participate in this album due to the end of his contract with Super Junior's agency.
This album's release also aims to strengthen the bond between all Super Junior members and their fans known as ELF. They intend to celebrate their two-decade journey together with the fans.
The 20th-anniversary commemoration is prepared with various other music projects, including concert tours. They are also preparing for a pop-up store to be followed by an exhibition of commemorative TV shows or variety shows. Super Junior has not yet revealed the titles of the songs in this album, only mentioning that there will be nine songs in the album.
