TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Tech giant Meta has rolled out its latest artificial intelligence model, dubbed Muse Image. The generative AI system is designed to create graphics and serve as a creative partner for users within the Meta Superintelligence Labs ecosystem.
Utilizing advanced reasoning to decipher complex prompts, the application blends multiple photos into high-quality creations that users can download and share across their Instagram chats, stories, or feeds. Muse Image also comes equipped with presets to help users effortlessly brainstorm and experiment with new ideas.
"Muse Image also powers creative experiences on Instagram and WhatsApp, and is coming soon to Facebook, Messenger, and for advertisers through Meta Advantage+ creative," according to the announcement on Meta's official blog on Tuesday, July 7, 2026.
The parent company of Facebook explained that its newest AI model is integrated with all creative tools across the broader Meta AI ecosystem. Users can leverage more than 30 new AI-driven effects for Instagram Stories and generate images within chats to be sent directly via WhatsApp.
How to Use Muse Image
According to Meta's announcement, users only need to input prompts in plain, straightforward language, whether they are generating a brand-new image from scratch or modifying existing photos. The feature enables the instantaneous execution of both creative and functional commands.
These prompts can seamlessly handle requests to superimpose objects against historical landmarks, cleanly erase photobombers or distracting items from the background, and generate fully functional custom QR codes.
Another advantage of the Muse Image integration is its capacity to render crisp text directly within visuals. This breakthrough is expected to simplify the creation of detailed infographics or guides, featuring legible text that automatically adapts to the chosen visual aesthetic.
