CK Entertainment, the concert promoter, officially announced an additional date for the Ubermensch World Tour in Jakarta. This extra show is scheduled for Friday, July 25, 2025, at the same venue, Indonesia Arena, Jakarta.
"The love was too loud to ignore. We knew what had to be done. To everyone who missed out: Your second chance is HERE." CK Entertainment wrote in their official statement on Instagram on Friday, June 13, 2025.
Get Ready for the Ticket War: Here's the Schedule
The promoter also announced the ticket sales process for the newly added concert. A special presale for G-Dragon's official membership will open on June 16, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 11:59 PM Jakarta time.
The UOB Presale will follow the next day, on June 17, 2025, at the same time. General sales will commence on June 18, 2025, at 2:00 PM Jakarta time, and will continue until tickets are sold out.
This concert marks the solo comeback of BIGBANG's charismatic leader to Indonesia. His last visit was for the Act III: M.O.T.T.E World Tour on September 3, 2017, at ICE BSD, Tangerang.
Now, with the G-DRAGON 2025 Ubermensch World Tour, he is set to perform for two consecutive nights on July 25 and 26, 2025.
Ubermensch as G-Dragon's New Phase
This tour is also part of the promotion for G-Dragon's third full album, Ubermensch, which was released on February 25, 2025. In a personal Instagram post on February 8, 2025, @xxxibgdrgn, he shared the album's tracklist with the caption: "G-DRAGON 3RD ALBUM TRACKLIST Ubermensch = 2025.02.25".
The album features eight songs, including two previously released singles that garnered significant acclaim: Power and Home Sweet Home. The song Power, released on October 31, 2024, even topped the iTunes charts in various countries. Other tracks on the album include Too Bad, Drama, Ibelongiiu, Take Me, Bonamana, and Gyro-Drop.
According to The Korea Times, the album title Ubermensch, derived from the German term meaning superhuman, references Friedrich Nietzsche's philosophical concept. This album symbolizes G-Dragon's strength and perseverance as he embarks on a new phase of his life, a theme powerfully depicted in the teaser video showing his silhouette dynamically approaching the light.
