TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - TOFFIN Indonesia held the Toffin Booth Camp (TBC) 2025, a food and beverage (F&B) festival featuring the concept of an "experience bar." Collaborating with various brands and pop-up markets, the festival took place at Blok M Hub, Central Jakarta, from Thursday, November 27, to Sunday, November 30, 2025.
TBC 2025 showcased more than 40 food and beverage brands and 10 lifestyle brands, including Gigi Susu, Roti Macan, Makmur Jaya Coffee Roasters, Bali Boozy, Kibo x Warung SCI, Secondfloor, Knots, Braud, Kissa, Crio, and Wone Cafe.
Tempo had the opportunity to visit the experience bar featuring Bali Boozy. They demonstrated how to make various authentic drinks and original dishes with a distinctive Balinese touch.
I Made Agus Borty Jessika, the founder and beverage specialist of Bali Boozy, aims to offer authentic flavors with a Balinese touch. "We want to bring this flavor to Toffin Booth Camp 2025," said Borty.
Local Culinary Innovation
TBC 2025 is designed as a meeting space for consumers, creators, and industry players to promote local culinary innovation. Ario Fajar, Vice President of Marketing at PT Toffin Indonesia, noted that this year's concept differs from the previous workshop format.
"This year is a year of collaboration, where Toffin as a market leader takes on the role of a driving force and a platform for brands to innovate together and drive the progress of the F&B ecosystem in Indonesia," Ario explained.
The experience bar is the main feature of TBC 2025. Each session lasts for about 90 minutes and presents 2–4 exclusive dishes specially created for the festival. The intimate space accommodates only 18–20 people per session, offering the opportunity for direct interaction with creators, chefs, and baristas.
Budianto Basari, owner of Gigi Susu, emphasized the goal of providing a consistent taste and warm vibe to every attendee. "TBC serves as a reminder that the learning process never stops, and that's what makes this journey exciting," he commented.
Outside the Experience Bar, the Pop-Up Market area presents around 50 brands, ranging from top names to local players, such as Blue Doors, Atomic, Lull BakeHouse, Taralle, UD Jaya, and HATS. In addition, Frisian Flag Indonesia prepared a series of activities, including menu demonstrations, Bar Take Over, and latte art performances.
Moreover, visitors can also enjoy stage programs featuring mini-workshops on coffee and pastry, acoustic music performances, DJs, and vinyl shows. Additional information about the event is available on the organizer's Instagram account @toffin.id and Toffin's official website.
